About me

I’ve spent over 30 years helping organisations navigate technology, transformation and growth.

Now my passion is helping to nagigate in the era of AI.

Everyone’s talking about AI, but most leaders still struggle to turn the noise into something useful.

The real challenge is how to use it to grow and innovate while keeping trust, governance and control intact.

Over my career, I has founded, build and led $100m+ consulting & BPO businesses at IBM, Accenture, and Capgemini. In this time I have guided clients such as PepsiCo, Unilever, Danone, Compass, BP, GSK & the UK Government through major change.

For me, AI isn’t new. For over a decade ago, I have been working with AI in health, finance, supply chain, and procurement. Building AI in and around systems like SAP, Oracle, Ariba and specialist packages, I understand where AI adds the most value, how to deploy it safely, through inclusive design, controls and AI guardrails.

From this experience came AI Ethicals. Helping boards, start-ups, and scale-ups use AI with confidence. The principle is simple: technology should serve people.

For board’s it’s about providing an independent view on the AI and technology risks.

For start-ups and scale-ups, it’s about helping to focus on
go to market and product management, complimented by, but not dominated by AI.

The result is growth built on clarity, control, and trust – for customers, colleagues, investors, and society.
