Having coached founders across multiple sectors, I’ve seen how valuable it is to have a sounding board who can help you focus and act. How I do it
I move quickly but rigorously, helping leaders to prioritise from the asessment:
- Identify short-term priorities from the transition map to focus effort and impact.
- Define scope, plan, and team for each priority initiative, as coaching or project.
- Execute through focused sprints using agile, fit-for-purpose project management.
- Recommend a small team, specialist coaches and an overall coordinator to guide delivery.
